ALPAC Corporation. is a readymade garments Buying and Trading Company in Bangladesh.

We are in operation from 2007. ALPAC Corporation. is operated by experienced professionals to ensure quality manufacturing, style accuracy, as committed delivery and competitive pricing. Our target is to be the market leader.

ALPAC Corporation. is having back up by well reputed and expertise manufacturers in D
haka and Chittagong who are fitted for all compliance and permit to do the work with the customers of all over the World.

We have twenty (20) members of staff working for us who are well experienced & professional in this trade. We have strong QA team members and also have adequate members in Merchandising, Logistics and Accounts to support our business deals. We have separate division for woven, Knit and sweater.

Presently ALPAC Corporation. is working with the Canadian buyers like Wal-Mart, Roots Canada, Reebok Canada and the USA buyer like JCP, Sears USA, Wal-mart USA & Mexico, Brazil .Also we were done some European customer like LPP Poland, Kids zone Denmark, Macy’s UK, Rip curl Australia, Carrefour in Spain.

We have experienced to work with buyer like JCP, PVH, TOMMY HILFIGER, KMART through the USA importer and ALDI for German through Karl Rieker and Promptex.

We have very good sourcing in import and local fabrics & trims. Before starting the bulk production we maintain the following for our all customers in fabrics, accessories, production & shipment.

Fabric:

We are very much cognizant about color fastness, staining, rubbing, tear strength, and dye lot & shade deviation. Especially we are collecting the pile loss test report for corduroy fabrication from fabric supplier before shipping the fabric. During your product development we can send the fabrication in different construction with different color from local & overseas manufacturers as your requirement. Keep it in mind you will get the GSP facility for local fabrics, but the fabric price is little bit higher than overseas, this will effect on your fob value.




SAMPLING

Fit Sample + p/p samples + photo samples we are doing as buyer’s requirement after negotiating the order. ALPAC , is always ready to feedback his customer all the way.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
We believe that the cornerstone of our success at Alpac has been the high level of quality and social compliances that we have maintained. To ensure this level of quality, we have identified three core factors which have proven to be highly effective in this regard: Communication, Supplier Quality, and Signet Personnel.




COMMUNICATION:
To maintain efficient communication, Alpac adheres to certain practices that it has found to provide effective results.
Single Point of Contact for Customers: all customers are allocated a merchandiser (or account manager) who is responsible for all aspects of your order, from arranging the sampling to the final delivery of goods. Customers can therefore rest assured that whatever information they need, whether its about documentation, production or delivery, their merchandiser will be able to provide it instantly. (Customers are also able to contact several other individuals within Alpac, whether in Australia or in Dhaka).

Regular Factory Visits: all merchandisers and quality controllers visit factories where Alpac production is being carried out. In the case of the latter, quality controllers are required to maintain a constant presence at the factory, to ensure that each stage of the production is meeting Alpac’s standards. In the case of the former, Alpac’s merchandisers meet factory owners to ensure that timely production of goods is maintained.


SUPPLIER QUALITY

We have developed considerable expertise in working with factories of all sizes and types. An intimate awareness of a supplier’s strengths and weaknesses is an essential tool in determining in which factory a customer’s order should be placed. Once a factory has been chosen, customers’ orders are produced within the specified factory unless there is a reason to change – however, before any change is made, the customer is consulted. To ensure a high level of supplier quality, follows a rigorous selection process, as follows:

Factories: All factories are audited before being utilized to ensure that they meet minimum criteria with regards quality of output and timeliness of delivery. In the vast majority of factories utilized by Alpac, a strong working relationship and understanding has already been established, ensuring that they adhere to our quality requirements.

Social Compliance: Alpac’s compliance department routinely performs random checks on all factories used by Alpac to ensure that
• There is no child labor in the factory
• The factory adheres to regulation regarding working hours and minimum wages
• Working conditions are safe within the factory.



ALPAC PERSONNEL

Recruitment & Training: at Alpac, we understand that “quality” can only be delivered by the right personnel. Therefore,
• Alpac hires the most experienced quality managers and merchandisers in the marketplace, many of whom have worked in the most prestigious factories or buying houses in Bangladesh or the Indian sub-continent.
• each new quality controller or merchandiser undergoes a rigorous 3 month “quality control” training program before dealing with customers or factories.
• all members of staff speak English fluently.
Other Departments:
• Our Documentation and Shipping department consists of highly experienced individuals who execute all transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Our Hospitality department will organize all accommodation and internal travel for customers who visit us from abroad.
